KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – Jamestown (N.D.) will be representing the North Star Athletic Association in the upcoming 2025 NAIA Softball National Tournament Opening Round, which kicks off Monday.
The Jimmies (35-15 overall record) won the NSAA conference regular season (16-4 NSAA conference record) and tournament titles, earning the league automatic bid to the national tournament.
Jamestown is the No. 4 seed in the Klamath Falls, Ore., region, hosted by Oregon Tech. The Jimmies open their national tournament play on Monday at 1 p.m. (Central time)/11 a.m. (Pacific Time) versus No. 5 seed Arizona Christian. The winner of the game will play the host team and No. 1 seed Oregon Rech at 6 p.m. (CT)/4 p.m. (PT).
The other opening round in Klamath Falls includes No. 2 seed Southeastern (Fla.) and No. 3 seed Midland (Neb.). They play each other at 3:30 p.m. (CT)/1:30 p.m. (PT).
The NAIA Softball National Tournament, which is a double elimination format, continues their action on Tuesday and Wednesday, with an if necessary game on Thursday. The winner of each region hosts will advance to the NAIA World Series, which is scheduled for May 22-28 at South Commons Complex in Columbus, Ga.
