NAIA PRESS RELEASE
TALLAHASEE, Fla. – Freshman Lindsey Roth of Dakota State (S.D.) competed in her first NAIA Women's Cross Country National Championship Friday morning at Apalachee Regional Park. The 43rd annual running of the national meet saw a total of 326 runners in the 5K racecourse.
Roth, who represented the North Star Athletic Association as the automatic individual qualifier after finishing second in the conference meet on Nov. 4, clocked a time of 20 minutes, 24.8 seconds. She placed 269th in the race.
The NAIA national meet officially ends the cross-county season.
